    Request refund

    If you are unable to attend the Great Barrier Reef Masters Games a refund request can be applied for and is subject to the games Terms and Conditions ( PDF, 0.13 MB ).

    Important Information:

    • Please note that refund applications are not guaranteed and subject to Terms and Conditions ( PDF, 0.13 MB ). Should you need to contact us about your Refund Request, please contact us .
    • As per Section 15b of the Terms and Conditions ( PDF, 0.13 MB ), if you are applying for a refund after 1 April 2025, please deduct a $20 administration fee from your total refund amount when filling in the below form.
    • Refund Requests submitted after 30 April 2025 will not be accepted.

    To request a refund please follow the below instructions:

    1. Fill your details in the form below
    2. Attach any other 'Supporting Documentation' below (e.g: medical certificate, proof of flight cancellation, etc.)
    3. When you have completed all steps above, press the 'submit' button. You will be notified when your application has been assessed (please allow seven days for a response)
