Sport Convenors EOI

Cairns Regional Council is calling for Expressions of Interest in becoming a Sport Convenor for the 2025 GBRMG.

In 2023 there were 17 sports signed on, with almost 2500 masters participants competing in and around the Cairns region.

Currently, we have 20 sports signed on for the 2025 GBRMG.

If you are a local sporting club or governing body, please review and submit the 2025 Great Barrier Reef Masters Games - Sports Convenor Expression of Interest Form and become part of the increasingly popular biennial sporting event.

New sports are welcome to sign-on until the end of 2024.
